Bleeding
- Give direct pressure with towel or cotton until it stop.
- Apply antibiotic ointment and band aid.
Sprains
- Apply ice immediately to swelling, and on and off for next 48 hrs.
- Refer to Doctor for diagnosis.
Burns
- Treat minor burns with cool water or cool compress.
- Refer to a Doctor,when the surface of the skin is swelling.
Cold/ Congestion/ Sore Throat
- Take throat lozenges if needed, according to direction on label.
- Seek medical help if symptoms do not improve in 48-72 hrs.
Diarrhea
- Avoid fried food, fats and roughage over the next 24 hrs, and then go back to normal diet.
- If condition is more serious, seek medical help immediately
